**ORDERING & PAYMENT** Opening order minimum: $250 Reorder minimum: $100
To qualify for a Stockist account, retailers must have an online or brick-and-mortar store that is open and ready for business. You must also have, and upon request provide proof of, a valid reseller’s permit, Tax ID, or FEIN (or your state’s or region’s equivalent documentation).
**PLEASE NOTE**
We do not allow any reselling on third-party platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc. Opening orders that do not meet the minimum will not be processed. Payments must be prepaid via credit card or PayPal upon order placement. Our products are handmade and crafted to spec for each order and are only produced once payment has been received.
**NOTE**
We do our best to protect brick-and-mortar territories and consider this when approving accounts. We research to ensure resellers are not too close to one another. If a wholesale account is not maintained consistently throughout the year, your business may lose territorial privileges at our discretion.
**LEAD TIME**
Anything ordered from E’s Garden Naturals Wholesale will ship within 7-10 business days for non-seasonal orders and 12-14 business days during peak season unless otherwise specified. All orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Please inquire if your order consists of more than 300 products, as we may need additional time to produce larger quantities.
**SHIPPING**
(We ship via FedEx Ground) We will provide you with a tracking number upon shipment. E’s Garden Naturals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivered. Please take adequate precautions to ensure your orders are delivered safely.
**SAMPLES**
Retailers located within driving distance may schedule an appointment with us via email to sample our products in person at our shop/studio. Samples are available at discounted wholesale pricing and may be used as credit toward the minimum opening order.
**RETURN POLICY**
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to E’s Garden Naturals within five days of receipt of merchandise. After reviewing your request, we will either process an exchange or apply a credit toward a future purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
