making experience, bringing the
fun directly to you!

We currently serve the South and East Bay and surrounding areas. Please note that a service charge will be applied after booking, based on the distance to your location.

Party Booking Requirements

To book your party, we require a minimum of 10 participants and a phone number for contact. Please be aware that failure to meet these guidelines will result in automatic cancellation.

1 x Candle Jar (size range 6 oz-8 oz; or 9-10 oz)

Fragrance Oil

Label

Wick Kit (wick, label, sticker, etc.)

Natural Herbs (optional)

Private Instructor to guide you through the candle-making process

Additional Details

Each session takes approximately 30 minutes (depending on group size). Please allow up to 2 hours for the candle to dry after the session.

Cancellations

We understand that unexpected events may necessitate canceling your appointment at our candle bar. If you need to cancel, please send a written request via email to [email protected] To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please review our terms below:

Candle making experiences are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on same day cancellations.
You may reschedule an event up to 2 times, subject to availability. Please contact us to request a new date.
If you do not show up for your scheduled event, your payment will be forfeited as we reserve that time slot and make preparations for your arrival.
Payment obligations remain in effect for canceled, rescheduled, or missed events.
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or pandemics, we will work with you to reach a fair agreement regarding rescheduling or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Minimum of 8 people per class and a maximum of 15.
If we do not fill classes we will refund you.
