Return Policy
Our customer’s satisfaction is our highest priority! In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, notify us upon receipt and we will quickly work to evaluate your concern and replace the product. Other returns of our handmade products will not be accepted.
Privacy Policy
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by E’s Garden Naturals will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal.
California Sales Tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders shipped to California addresses.
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation required. Notification for instance, via email or phone will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing.
E’s Garden Naturals has the right to terminate a transaction for any reason at any time.
Unused and unopened product can be returned for a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving products. E’s Garden Naturals is not liable for the return shipping charges but we will take care of the re-shipment charges.
Coupon codes are periodically sent out via our monthly e-newsletter, front page or through various social media accounts. These coupon codes are only valid for one time use per customer. You must meet all purchase requirements stated to receive a discount or promotional offer.
Delivery Information
Shipping charges are based on USPS flat rate packaging. Excess shipping will be refunded after we have processed your order. For local deliveries, there is a delivery fee of $10.00 (we will refund your shipping fee minus the $10 delivery charge, or the delivery charge can be collected at time of delivery)!
Pick up at our manufacturing location is FREE (if you are local and picking up your order, we will refund the entire shipping amount).
